Vodafone Volunteer Community
All Vodafone staff can apply to spend one working day every three months and a total of four paid working days annually carrying out volunteer work. The company provides the framework, and our employees fill the Volunteer Community with content.

World of Difference Programme
The Vodafone World Of Difference Programme is a unique community initiative which provides the opportunity for those committed to social aims to spend a year engaged in tasks serving social interests that they consider important. Vodafone Hungary selects the participants, who can spend up to a year working with a non-profit organisation in the interest of an important social aim of their choice and also picks up the tab for their competitive salaries.

Help against partnership violence
Vodafone, teaming up with NaNE (Association of Women for Women against Violence), the Police, the TopCop security and the iData launched a programme to support victims of partnership violence. The solution is based on a mobile emergency call system.

Education Project for the Disadvantaged
Seven primary schools were selected as winners on Vodafone's education tender. These schools were awarded financial support to introduce the H2O Project's teaching method. The project helps disadvantaged children to catch up, both educationally and socially with their more advantaged peers.

Romaster Programme
Vodafone, in the framework of the Romaster Programme operated by the Hungarian business community and the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum, is providing assistance to four talented Roma students. In addition to financial support, the young people are given a mentor and are granted the opportunity to acquire professional experience at the company.
