Vodafone Go offers are available to individual subscribers until withdrawal. The units included in the monthly fee can be used within the country and abroad according to the valid Roaming tariff for standard rate calls and standard rate SMS messages sent to mobile networks. The minutes, SMS messages or data traffic included in the monthly fee but not used during the month may not be transferred to the next month, transferred to another person or mobile number, or used for other services. The unlimited minutes and SMS messages within the Vodafone network included in the monthly fee of Vodafone Go Midi tariff packages are valid for standard rate calls and SMS messages within the network of Vodafone Magyarország Zrt in Hungary and in abroad according to the valid Roaming tariff. The unlimited minutes, SMS and MMS messages included in the Go Super monthly fee are valid for standard rate calls, SMS and MMS messages within the network of Vodafone Magyarország Zrt in Hungary and in abroad according to the valid Roaming tariff. Domestic standard rates apply for standard rate calls, standard-rate SMS and standard-rate MMS messages initiated towards the domestic networks of Vodafone and other mobile operators and towards domestic landline numbers; in the case of the Go Super tariff package, calls to domestic numbers of special tariff shall also be considered domestic standard rate calls regarding the tariffs charged (except the Special enquiry numbers 11811 and 11824).
The Go Super tariff package may only be used to satisfy the personal telecommunication needs of natural person users (personal use) while complying with the rules of residential use. The conditions of proper personal use can be found in the GTC, in particular in its Section 2.1.12 and in Annex 2 on Tariffs. In the event of abusive use or violation of the conditions of personal use, the Subscriber may continue to use the service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Voice+ Data Basic Tariff following the Service Provider's previous notification.
In the case of Vodafone Go tariff packages, after the amount of data included in the monthly fee available for use in Hungary and/or abroad according to the valid Roaming tariff has been used up, we recommend purchasing additional data option via the Online customer service or through the My Vodafone application. Without purchasing a data option, it is not possible to exceed the domestic and/or roaming data traffic limit if the Subscriber has used up the amount of domestic and/or roaming data included in the package, as the Internet service will not be available to him/her in Hungary and/or while roaming until the end of the invoicing period. The service gets renewed at the end of the invoicing period.
In the case of a fixed-term contract concluded for 1 or 2 years for Vodafone Go Light, Go Midi and Go Super tariff packages, if the Subscriber does conclude another fixed-term contract for 1 or 2 years after the expiry of the fixed-term contract with due consideration of the valid rules of contract prolongation, his/her contract turns into contract for an indefinite period after the expiry of the fixed term. After the expiration of the fixed-term contract, we continue providing the service applying the fees specified in the fixed-term contract.
In the case of a Subscription Contract with monthly fees, the Service Provider performs a preliminary creditworthiness examination. Depending on the result, Vodafone is entitled to make the use of the service subject to a deposit or other security (e.g. bank guarantee, surety, etc.). If the Subscription Contract is terminated within a determined time after the entry into force of the Subscription Contract due to a reason attributable to the Subscriber, a contractual penalty shall be payable as specified in Section 8.2.2 of the GTC or, in the case of the purchase of a device attached to a Subscription Contract, the provisions of the Sales Contract.
