Vodafone RED offers are available to individual subscribers until withdrawal. The unlimited minutes and SMS messages included in the monthly fee are valid from any Hungarian or EU standard tariff number within Hungary, the EU international tariff zone and in the validity area of Vodafone EU Roaming.
The amount of domestic data available monthly in the RED tariff packages is unlimited; the amount of data that can be used abroad according to the valid Roaming tariff and the amount of data within the validity period of the free World Day Ticket included in the RED Infinity World+ tariff package is 30 GB. Download and upload speeds for the estimated maximum speed available to the user in the case of the RED Free+ tariff package are maximized at 10/10 Mbit/s. The estimated maximum speed beyond the data traffic included in the monthly subscription fee is as determined in Annex 6 of the GTC on Quality Target Values.
After using up the amount of data included in the monthly fee in the Vodafone RED tariff plan, available to be used abroad according to the current Roaming tariff plan and within the validity area of the free World Day Ticket in case of the Red Infinity World+ tariff package, it is necessary to purchase an additional data option through the Online Customer Service or in the My Vodafone application, otherwise the speed of roaming data traffic is slowed down until the end of the invoicing period. Data traffic is no longer slowed down after the end of the invoicing period. The estimated maximum speed while data traffic is slowed is specified in Annex 6 of the GTC on Quality Target Values.
If requested by the Subscriber, the Service Provider makes access to video contents available in 1080p resolution in limited quality in case of the RED Infinity World+ tariff package. With this restriction, the Subscriber receives optimised network capacity depending on the network load, which makes it possible to use video contents smoothly. The Subscriber has the opportunity to request and cancel 1080p video resolution at the time of concluding the Subscription Agreement or at the Service Provider's physical or telephone Customer Service.
RED Free+ and RED Infinity World+ tariff packages may only be used to satisfy the personal telecommunication needs of natural person users (personal use) while complying with the rules of residential use. The conditions of proper personal use can be found in the GTC, in particular in its Section 2.1.12 and in Annex 2 on Tariffs. In the event of abusive use or violation of the conditions of personal use, the Subscriber may continue to use the service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Voice+ Data Basic Tariff following the Service Provider's previous notification.
In the case of a fixed-term contract concluded for 1 or 2 years for RED Free+ and RED Infinity World+ tariff packages, if the Subscriber does conclude another fixed-term contract for 1 or 2 years after the expiry of the fixed-term contract with due consideration of the valid rules of contract prolongation, his/her contract turns into contract for an indefinite period after the expiry of the fixed term. After the expiration of the fixed-term contract, we continue providing the service applying the fees specified in the fixed-term contract.
If our customers using iOS 15 turn on the Private transmission feature within the area of Vodafone EU Roaming, sites that would otherwise not consume data when the feature is turned off will also reduce the amount of data available in the EU.
In the case of Vodafone RED Infinity World+ tariff packages, the free World Day Ticket service can only be used to satisfy the personal telecommunication needs of natural persons regularly residing or staying in Hungary (for the purposes of private travel) in compliance with the rules related to usage for travel purposes, in other words, the free World Day Ticket may be used during foreign trips made outside the territory of the EU if the customer resides in Hungary on condition that the use of voice calls, SMS messages and MMS messages initiated to foreign numbers within the validity area of the World Day Ticket and Hungarian numbers lifestyle in the case of a stay in Hungary, as well as the size of the data traffic used within the validity area of the World Day Ticket must not exceed the average of domestic usage based on the last four-month billing period, and that the number of days of usage on the network of the roaming partner in the foreign country outside the EU or the country within the validity area of the World Day Ticket may not exceed the number of days of usage on the network of Vodafone Hungary (fair use).
If the conditions of fair use are not met, we inform the Subscriber thereof and warn him/her of the terms and conditions of fair use. If the Subscriber fails to change his/her usage pattern regarding his/her actual consumption or presence within two weeks of the warning, Vodafone reserves the right to cancel the free World Day Ticket service for the given subscription following prior notice. The customer whose free World Day Ticket service has been cancelled from his/her subscription may use his/her device abroad in accordance with the valid terms and conditions of the World Day Ticket service and the roaming tariff based on data traffic fees.
The MultiNet EU 5GB card only provides data transmission service; no voice service is available on this card. Only those of our customers are entitled to use the MultiNet EU 5GB tariff packages who have a subscription with RED Free+ or RED Infinity World+ tariff plans. A maximum of 1 MultiNet EU 5GB package can be purchased for each RED subscription under the offer. The Subscriber shall remain entitled to the MultiNet EU 5GB package as long as he/she maintains his/her fixed-term or indefinite term RED Free+ or RED Infinity World+ subscription. If Subscriber's primary subscription concluded for the RED Free+ or RED Infinity World+ tariff packages terminates or if it is replaced, we switch the 2nd SIM card to the Basic Internet Tariff.
In the case of the MultiNet EU 5GB tariff packages, the Internet service will not be available for further internet use until the end of the invoicing period once the monthly data traffic limit has been used up. The estimated maximum speed beyond the data traffic limit included in the monthly subscription fee is specified in Annex 6 of the GTC on Quality Value Targets. The service gets renewed at the end of the invoicing period.
In the case of a Subscription Contract with monthly fees, the Service Provider performs a preliminary creditworthiness examination. Depending on the result, Vodafone is entitled to make the use of the service subject to a deposit or other security (e.g. bank guarantee, surety, etc.). If the Subscription Contract is terminated within a determined time after the entry into force of the Subscription Contract due to a reason attributable to the Subscriber, a contractual penalty shall be payable as specified in Section 8.2.2 of the GTC or, in the case of the purchase of a device attached to a Subscription Contract, the provisions of the Sales Contract. Our new tariff packages are available with electronic invoicing, which means that the due invoices and other notifications will be available electronically and they can be viewed or downloaded after logging in to the e-invoice interface. If a a new invoice arrives, we send the Subscriber a notification by email and in SMS. If payment by postal order is needed, further details are available by calling 1270 free of charge from within the country.
In case of using the E-Pack, the Subscriber undertakes to use e-invoices for all his/her subscriptions in return for a more favourable monthly subscription fee and settle the invoice within the payment deadline specified in the invoice using one of the following payment methods: online on the website www.vodafone.hu/szamlabefizetes or via the e-invoice profile or through the Vodafone mobile application, or by bank transfer, direct debit order or using OTP ATMs. If the Subscriber fails to meet any of the conditions described above in any month, a one-time fee shall be charged in his/her invoice of the following month in the amount of HUF 1000 gross for RED, Mobilnet Medium+ and Mobilnet 150GB, HUF 890 gross for HomeNet+ and HomeNet+ Extra and HUF 500 gross for Go and Mobilnet Start+ tariff packages.
